Welcome to Mellow Yellow Massage. My name is Amy Oldham, and I’m a licensed massage therapist (LMT). I believe massage is for everybody. And since every BODY is unique, Mellow Yellow Massage offers individualized sessions. Whether you want to target tension, are suffering from stress, or realize it’s time to relax, Mellow Yellow Massage employs different and intentional elements to address your specific treatment goals. Each massage incorporates a variety of massage techniques, including myofascial strokes, pin and stretch techniques, cupping, and/or deep tissue work, all designed to help you feel better and relief discomfort in your body.
